First published in 1987, APG became an instant hit. APG was the first newsstand magazine for paintball, and when APG launched, communication skyrocketed. Players could find new products, as companies advertised. Paintball's growth skyrocketed, with phenomenal growth rates. APG's founding led paintball into the mainstream, as APG appeared on major newsstands and in major booksellers worldwide.
FACEFULL was created on a basic concept, ‘in your face in your world’. The name was chosen in this same vein, as we offer a different vision of paintball, stronger, hotter, more creative, and more professional. We are not just ‘another’ paintball magazine, our objective was to be the only reference in paintball publications.

Paintball Sports and p8ntballer have both since gone defunct. There is another excellent listing of paintball magazines at Magatopia.com (including Paintball Republic). Plus they pull the RSS feeds in from the various paintball news sites. It rocks.
