Smart Parts Inc. has filled for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy in U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the western district of Pennsylvania on May 13th, 2010. Case # 10-23521 TPA

Chapter 11 Bankruptcy typically allows for reorganization and the repayment of debtors over time. It does not neccisarily mean that Smart Parts is going out of business. so with a little luck and all us paintball players crossing our fingers they will be back in full swing soon.

I think everyone out there should buy somthing Smart Parts this summer, even if it's just a new set of gloves or somthing.
